9/7/2922 - My technician, Matt Davis, was able to arrive early. He installed the new filter, and all is well! He is kind and sweet.7/1/2021 - My technician Kelly Kyle was great! He arrived on time. He was fast and diligent at installing the new thermostat. He was kind and courteous, and took the time to teach me how to use the new thermostat.6/21/2021 - My technician, Matt Davis, was able to arrive early. He diagnosed the problem (the thermostat was not working properly) quickly, and ordered a new one to be replaced ASAP. Matt was kind, courteous, and didn't mind putting on "shooties" to keep my carpet clean!5/2015 - It was a true pleasure to work with Dustin from Goettl's High Desert Mechanical, Inc. There is so much they did for us. First, we have used them for several years as our maintenance contractor for our second home in Sedona. The heating system was a mess, and because we are not there full time, we need to have a company we can rely on. They remind us when our service is due, and they are flexible and work around our odd schedules.Second, several years ago, we contracted with a different company to replace the existing duct board with metal duct ... or so we thought. When we called in Goettl's to provide us with an air flow test, we were told that some of the duct board still existed, and that the metal duct that had been installed was not sealed properly. No wonder some parts of the house were hot while others were cold.Dustin presented us with options and discussed all the pros and cons with us in a professional and easy to understand manner.We chose to have the Aeroseal done, and to have Goettl's rerun all our duct work ... properly this time. In addition, we chose to replace the HVAC unit with a new, higher efficiency unit.Goettl's completed all the work in less than 1 week, and when we returned to the house, not only was the temperature even throughout the house, there was no mess for me to clean up!The result is exactly what we had hoped for. The temperature throughout the house is consistent, there is no more dust and dirt being blown through the house from leaking duct board, the new unit is quiet, we gained space in the utility closet, and we no longer need to change 3 filters every month!I highly recommend Goettl's. They are everything they say they are ... and more!

Technicians came for system check. Assessed functioning of system, checked each part of system for proper installation, made sure I was satisfied with the system. They also answered any questions I had about the system. They recommended an accessory to be placed within the system to help control dust, allergens, and odors. After a few days of considering the pros and cons of the the iWave I accepted their offer. It was installed 3 days later. Melvina and Daniel were very professional and competent. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve met with JD from Goettl’s 3x nowThe first time he arrived to perform maintenance on one of our 4 rental properties. I was impressed with all his gadgets. I counted at least 3.While he was there, I asked a lot of questions.Before launching into a detailed description of what each read out meantHe showed me a printout tailored to our old AC (installed in the early 90s)From the printout I knew what the target reading should be.After replacing what he called a ‘hard start kit’ (looked like aluminum can). The levels fell within range of the spec sheet.Cost for the kit and install without our 15% discount $298We’re on their annual maintenance plan. Which is $249 per property. This includes inspections 2x a year, replacement filters and 15% off on repairs.Since that first day I’ve requested JD. He’s a hard worker who seems to love what he does.However I also met his assistant Dan. Another great guy who’s father works in their plumbing department.

I love that Goettl's has an emergency service you can call even on the weekends and you actually get to talk to a real person that is customer friendly. Goettl's was able to send one of their technicians within 24 hours to fix my mini split system that was running on half the capacity due to a freon leak. Earlier this week another company came out to look at my mini split system, but they totally missed the freon leak that was causing condensation to leak out of my ceiling units. When Greg Ashby from Goettl's came over, he immediately figured out what the real issue was and was able to get the cooling back to full capacity in a short time. From now on Goettl's will be my go-to company for bi-annual maintenance and emergency repairs.

I called Goettl’s this morning about a leaking backyard faucet. Their plumber, John Dail, finished another job earlier than expected so came by to assess the issue. In about 45 minutes (which included going to ACE for a part) he had the faucet fixed. John was respectful, very friendly, and professional. He explained everything about the issue, showed me the broken part, and explained what the part does. I have always had a good experience with all the Goettl’s employees and services. I’ve been using Goettl’s for years for my HVAC.

Ben Baca was our repairman. He is courteous, efficient and professional. Ben immediately recognized the issue with our A/C unit and unclogged a drain pipe that was causing a backup. He vented the system, added automatic shut off switches to avoid potential overflow and rerouted the PVC so that drainage improved. This was all done on the first visit. I highly recommend Goettls.

Service was prompt, on time and professional. Fernando identified the issue promptly and ordered the 2 defective parts the same day. Having a homecared senior who was sensitive to heat, Fernando request ed expedited processing from the parts order desk which was greatly appreciated. He came back 3 days later as soon as the parts were received and installed everything, with care and attention to details, which pointed to his professionalism, within 90 minutes.Overall, as a first time customer of Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical, I was quite impressed and satisfied with their services, enough to sign up for their twice a year maintenance contract which is very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of A/C HVAC repair and maintenance.

Greg Ashby has come to my home previously for Spring and Fall maintenance on my HVAC system and I have always been very impressed with his skill level, neatness and awareness, ability to communicate, his personal demeanor as well as his efficiency.As a result I felt blessed that he was the one chosen to install my new Honeywell Home Advanced Electrode Steam Humidifier as well as the Reme•Halo RGF Air Purification System! Today Greg arrived shortly after 8 am and did not leave until 4:30 pm, working diligently the entire time.Greg's abilities to problem solve, execute and complete the projects at hand are exceptional and made for a very pleasant experience for me. I can not compliment Greg enough! He is superlative in all ways! I always recommend Goettl's and Greg Ashby is ALWAYS my first pick for the person to do the work for me!

2nd time today, Greg A. came and discovered the 1st capacitor installed was not the correct size for the unit. Greg replaced it with a high capacity unit and did it quick and efficiently. He also mounted the other power pack in a much better manner and was able to place and secure the AC cover correctly.Again, very thankful for being thorough, quick to handle concerns, and for your team of techs. They seem to support and honor each other's work even when called to do-over. (That's especially great to see.)Most thankful for quick response and expert service. Cannot recommend highly enough. It was an after hours call as the AC cooling the kids room was not working. they responded within minutes and had a tech out within 30-40 mins. Nathan was professional, friendly (even though it was after hours), explained everything thoroughly, and had it fixed within 15-20 minutes. Seamless experience from end to end and kids even managed to get to bed at their regular time, which was incredible considering we didn’t even call until close to 7! 5 star + service.

My AC went down in the middle of the recent heat wave. My unit is very old and I was worried it couldn't be fixed at all. However, Greg quickly diagnosed the problem and refilled the coolant and got the AC back up and running. I know I need a new unit but I now I can plan ahead to do that big job. I am so grateful!
