The Goettl family has been in the HVAC business in Arizona since 1926, when the original Goettl brothers started revolutionizing cooling technology in Phoenix. Fast forward to 1987, and Adam and Ted Goettl started Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical, bringing that family expertise to central and northern Arizona. Today, their sons Luke, Hank, and Dustin work alongside them, carrying forward what four generations have built.
We’re not trying to be the biggest HVAC and plumbing company in Arizona. We’re trying to be the one you’d recommend to your neighbor without hesitation. Ted Goettl is a founder of Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical and part of the third generation of the Goettl family’s long-standing HVAC legacy in Arizona. Alongside Adam Goettl, Ted helped establish the company in 1987 with a commitment to honest service, skilled workmanship, and taking care of customers the right way. Today, Ted’s influence continues through the next generation, including his sons Luke and Hank, who help carry the family business forward.

Adam Goettl is a founder of Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical and a third-generation member of the Goettl family’s heating and cooling tradition. Since starting the company with Ted Goettl in 1987, Adam has helped build a business rooted in technical expertise, integrity, and dependable service for homes and businesses across Central and Northern Arizona. His son Dustin is now part of the next generation helping continue the Goettl name and its commitment to the community.

Hank Goettl
Hank Goettl represents the fourth generation of the Goettl family in the HVAC and plumbing industry. As one of Ted Goettl’s sons, Hank grew up around the values that shaped Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical: hard work, accountability, and treating customers like neighbors. Since joining the company, Hank has helped bring fresh energy to the family business while honoring the same standards of service and craftsmanship that have guided the Goettl name for generations.

Luke Goettl is the CEO of Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical and a fourth-generation member of the Goettl family’s Arizona HVAC legacy. The son of founder Ted Goettl, Luke grew up understanding that a family name is built through trust, follow-through, and doing the job right. Today, he helps lead the company with a focus on strong customer relationships, team development, and carrying forward the family’s commitment to serving Central and Northern Arizona with pride.

Dustin Goettl is part of the fourth generation of the Goettl family working in the heating, cooling, and plumbing industry. As the son of founder Adam Goettl, Dustin joined the family business with a firsthand understanding of the standards that built Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical. His work helps bridge the company’s deep roots with its future, supporting a culture of dependable service, innovation, and care for the local communities Goettl’s serves.
